    They’re so pretty! Our Herbes de Provence is in a little sack. I’d far prefer a little jar.

    Lydia, I’ve had some terrific roommates in my life, so I can’t say Penzey’s is my favorite, but hey…it’s not a bad one for the time being!

    Gillie, I have not yet begun to really cook with it! I did use some of the free sample Southwest Seasoning in some enchiladas tonight — gave them a nice bite.

    Katie, thanks so much — I can’t wait to try each one of them…

    Heather, I love those little crocks of Herbes de Provence. The plastic container isn’t quite as rustic or pretty, but it is a little more convenient than a sack…

    Windwhisperer, yes — it’s a treat to open that cupboard every day!
