I decided to make pesto today, only to realize I had no parmesan/pecorino or reggiano cheese, so decided to try with feta, as you recommended. Its was quite yummy!

pick them and let them sit in the house, i have a full plant and i have done that with 2 dozen or so and it worked!
when vine ripened the lighter part does go a little bit more yellow, the ones ripened on the window sill softened a bit but did not turn yellow ish...
hope this helps

[...] This year I planted a lot of sage. How much, you ask? Well, a full packet of seeds, many of which came up without a hitch. It’s booming out of its pot, and taking care of a strong corner of my garden plot. I couldn’t be more thrilled, since it is, most certainly, my favorite herb. [...]

How do I get rid of Virginia Button Weed without killing my grass?

Also where did this weed come from? We did not have it in previous years. Is it possibly from the fertilizers we use today? It is a nightmare because it multiplies so quickly with all of its seeds. Does it die in the winter?

I would sincerely appreciate a reply on this matter
