		<description>How wonderful to see those green shoots!  I actually grew some garlic in a pot over the winter -- we snipped the tender shoots to include in salads and such.  Hopefully, it&#039;ll produce a head.  It&#039;s been more a fun experiment than garden project, I guess. :)</description>
